This following sets out the payments you can send for free, and the fees you will pay for any other payments.
Domestic Payments
Free. This means all payments in AED in UAE.
You will receive a 1% cashback on the transaction amount for domestic payments you make. The total amount of cashback will be restricted to a maximum of the monthly subscription fee.
International Payments
3.68% on transaction amount. This means all cross-border payments made to merchants outside the UAE.
The exchange rate is calculated as per Visa Currency Calculator based on the currency you are transacting in.
You will receive a 2% cashback on the transaction amount for any international payments you make, regardless of the number of international payments that you make. The fee (excluding the cashback) will be calculated in real time and shown to you in the app after your transaction is completed.
There are no additional fees for payments whether made online or offline (in person card payments)
