Role Purpose

We are currently looking for a talented financial expert who is passionate about using financial insights to drive business performance.

In this role, you’ll provide meaningful and actionable financial analysis to critically evaluate both current and future business performance. Your mission is to ensure that every piece of financial data we capture is accurate, reliable, and delivered on time, so our business can stay agile, efficient, and ready for what's next.

Key Accountabilities

• Take charge of tracking and reporting on key performance metrics, digging into variances, and delivering clear, actionable insights to ensure the business stays on track.
• Work closely with Channel, Category, and Marketing teams, providing deep sales, margin, and promotional analysis—ensuring everyone understands the data and can make informed decisions.
• Dive into GP margin and variance analysis, uncovering trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement that drive profitability and support business growth.
• Provide critical insights into product pricing by analyzing purchase and sales price benchmarks, ensuring competitive pricing strategies that maximize profit.
• Review Segment & Store P&Ls with a sharp eye, identifying and explaining variances against the budget and the previous year to keep financial performance on track.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualification

• You’ve got a proven track record of turning data into action, with at least 3 to 4 years of experience in commercial or analytical positions where your insights made an impact.
• You’re a master of Excel, with a strong command of Business Intelligence tools that allow you to dive deep into data and transform it into powerful insights.
• You excel at communicating complex data to diverse teams, ensuring that everyone, from senior leadership to cross-functional teams, fully understands the story behind the numbers.
• You’re detail-oriented and thrive on getting the numbers right, knowing that precision and accuracy are key to making the best business decisions.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• You bring a deep understanding of the retail landscape, with hands-on experience in analyzing and optimizing financial performance in this fast-paced and ever-evolving industry
• You’re familiar with the unique business environment in the UAE, having worked here before, and understand the regional market dynamics that drive success.
