CarSwitch is on a mission to digitize buying and selling of used cars in the region, based on three core principles; great value, trusted quality, and all online. They are trusted by thousands of customers across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. As the number of cars on the roads of the Middle East increased, so did the business volumes of CarSwitch, which eventually led the finance team to realise that there was a need to move away from a manual reimbursement approach to a more efficient, centralized expense management system.

Problem

Cumbersome reimbursement process and difficulty in procuring corporate card solutions

Being a start-up at heart, CarSwitch understood the importance of optimizing time-consuming processes. While the company was growing at a tremendous pace, the efficiency of its internal finance processes was not – hindering its ability to reach peak potential.
