QA Analyst

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and meticulous Manual QA Engineer to join our agile team. If you have 1-2 years of manual testing experience, enjoy wearing multiple hats, and are excited about working in a dynamic startup environment, we want to hear from you! Automation experience is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing?
‍

• Execute comprehensive test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure resolved bugs do not reoccur.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions as part of our Agile process.
• Continuously learn and apply new QA methodologies and tools to improve testing efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:
‍

• 1-2 years of experience in manual software testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear and concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
• Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools and practices.
• ‍Familiarity with tools like Selenium or QTP is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
